Overview:
  Stanford engineering-educated, Cisco-experienced.  Results-oriented team lead
  with demonstrated success in strategic, cross-collaborative and technical
  initiatives, looking for a leadership role in a very sharp, dynamic and
  fast-paced team. Critical thinker, a "disrupter", and designer of innovative
  solutions to technology, tooling, and process challenges.

   - Led team to interlock 100+ highest Cisco revenue-generating and
     beachhead customer accounts with 9 system test teams via requirements
     and test coverage; brought in new accounts and doubled test participation

   - Collaborated effectively with VPs, Directors of Product Sales,
     Customer Advocacy, Engineering and presented regularly at internal
     Operational Excellence Boards

   - Worked with clients to constantly evolve program, identify
     innovative solutions and new requirements to enhance process and
     tooling

   - Conducted Business Analysis: built Business Requirements and Product
     Requirements, followed software cycle from Concept thru Deployment


   --> Team lead of networking group for the 12000 Series Router, 2000-2005

   - Team lead for Scaleability testing and architect for test tools
     Team lead in requirements and automation for internal testing tools for
     scalability testing.  Gathered customer requirements, designed
     tests, and wrote the automation with a focus on stress testing the
     routers under heavy load.
 
   - Strategic deployment testing for Tier 1 ISPs
     Designed and executed system-level tests for new feature and networking
     technology deployments, had direct interaction with customer.
     Proficient in core and access layer technologies and requirements.
 
   - Last tier support for the 12000
     Responded to and resolved critical cases by troubleshooting live,
     production routers in customer networks and interfaced between customers
     and development engineers
