This site updates and replaces Wang Lam's Home Page at the University of California, Berkeley. Migration and replacement of old Web material begins.

HTML and CSS Compliance

These pages attempt to conform to Hypertext Markup Language version 4.01 (HTML 4.01 Strict) and Cascading Style Sheets level 1 (CSS1), but have not yet been fed through a validator. The pages should not lose information on older Web browsers, but HTML4- and CSS1-compliant Web browsers provide more compact formatting.
