2008 - present
- Manage team of 1-3 developers for Market Intelligence application which has ~5,000 users from 2011 to present. Perform technical design and code reviews. Interviewed and ramped up 3 new employees. Triage, prioritize, and develop new reports and feature enhancements. Provide technical support and debugging. Project manage monthly releases.
- Develop web-based analytics reports for analyzing the aviation industry. Full lifecycle from design to data loading, development, testing, and release. Repeated this for four distinct sets of raw data. Added numerous features to other existing reports.
- Created reusable, dynamic hierarchical dropdown menu, built from any dimension table with a hierarchy, which allows users to navigate the hierarchy based on columns in the table.
- Designed and wrote in Perl an automated, efficient process to read in ~100K direct flights and calculate ~ 10M single and ~1M double connect trips from them.

- Developed step-by-step wizard in Java to lead clients through the creation of a new project, including deisngation of data sources, method of parsing through sources, joining sources, and desired navigation options.
- Managed team of two. Located holes in functionality for our Developer Studio application. Added features to client developer desktop application to configure project. Developed in C++ functionality of automating phrases in search, and enabling wildcard search on records.
- Added functionality to Web Application for Keyword Mapping using jsp, Java, and Eclipse.
- Worked with VP of Product Management to define requirements and specs for a set of 7 Web Studio projects for Business Users including allowing users to specify top records for search results, and reordering navigation categories. Other functionality included configuring Keyword Redirects, Multi-trigger Rules, User Admininstration, Phrases, Stopwords. Worked with team of 3 developers to design and implement these requirements.

- Configured 3 document workflow and imaging systems to allow clients to track, approve, and pay for invoices online. Clients included a multi-national company and a university.
- Developed PL/SQL packages, database table structures, and SQL scripts, and configured J2EE servlets in teams of 2 to 3 people for client-specific solutions.
- Facilitated client workshops with Accounts Payable and Human Resources directors and technical architects. Streamlined client document processing and reduced costs.

- Founded and led testing effort for releases of the Mapper application, a system which algorithmically resolves web page requests to the best option out of 13,000 Akamai web servers.
- Created test plans, conducted bug reviews with 10 developers, and executed testing for over 15 releases with an average of 10 components in a release.
- Conceived of and wrote test harness and fundamental regression and smoke tests for the system in Perl and C++ which ensured success of essential functionality.
- Configured and maintained test networks of over 40 machines.
- Trained and led 3 new employees in tens of components to productivity within 3 weeks.

- Participated in development of an object-oriented web-based energy-trading floor, as part of a 15-member team for a start-up client.
- Architected and maintained a complex engine to find arbitrage opportunities and create computer-automated bids. Components written in Visual Basic, C++, and T-SQL.
- Led team of 4 from concept to stabilization of financial data repository and drill down reports, written in PL/SQL and Visual Basic.
- Planned and facilitated client workshops for requirements gathering and system design.
