    Designed and wrote FinanceBUILDER in Visual Basic. Utilized configuration engine API, Visual Basic, and Borland C to prototype ReportBUILDER.

    Wrote Bourne and C-shell scripts to find specific groups of source code files and to log changes. Documented and evaluated tools supported by Development Engineering Computer Support.

    Designed and implemented in C the RS232 Integration Message Simulator (RIMS), a text-based DOS-compatible tool that displays incoming and outgoing RS232 messages on-screen.

    Aided a computer consultant at Meyer Library computer cluster. Answered questions concerning Macintosh and IBM applications, performed disk recovery, and IBM-to-Macintosh conversions.

    Wrote user's manual for Graphical Tree Browser (GTB) with procedural descriptions and step-by-step examples. Held seven seminars on use of the GTB for Engineering and QA.
