Title: "How Competition Law Promotes Technological Innovation: The Role of the Federal Trade Commission"

Description: United States Federal Trade Commissioner Pamela Jones Harbour will discuss the interplay between our intellectual property and competition law regimes. In this context, the Commissioner will discuss the FTC's role and involvement, including enforcement actions, research/reports, and advocacy efforts.
