John's Page of Gratuitous Media

Hi there--

So I was thinking the other day that the net doesn't really have enough crap on it--you know, stuff that folks really want to have access to, questions that people really want to ask. Like, for instance, what sorts of music is John listening to these days?, what are some of John's favorite books?, or where does that John guy spend all of his time?

There are bunch of other burning issues on your mind (come on, admit it), and, well, not to be overly proud or anything, but I think I have just the answers you're looking for. Like for instance, I know you've really been wanting to see pictures of John with his family at DisneyWorld.

Phew. All of this free and easy information access on the superhighway is making me sort of dizzy. You might want to check out a few Web spaces that I've been involved with building this year at Stanford while I take a breather:

So right now you might be thinking to yourself, "Man, this John guy is lazy, putting all this text on this page, with only scarce quanties of that oh-so-valuable gratuitous media which is the 'Spirit of the Web'." Well, it isn't that I'm lazy so much that I really like text. It's also another part of my tireless efforts not to be like everyone else. Stick it to the man.

Well, that's it for now--look here often, since I may actually change this page once every year or so. No, actually, I plan to add some more cool stuff here before too long, like maybe even adding video clips of my very favorite TV shows (but that's going to take a little bit of research). Send me mail sometime, letting me know what you think.
