I'm a Graduate Student studying at Stanford University seeking the degree of MSCS (Master of Science in Computer Science)

ACADEMIC INTERESTS

I'm interested in the field of Human Computer Interaction, especially in the sub-field of CSCW (Computer Supported Cooperative Works).

Programming skills

I have programming experience in C and Perl. I have developed programs for Unix , Windows3.1, and a mainframe computer.

COURSES

CS247A - Human Computer Interaction: From my perspective, the most interesting "interaction" is human-human interaction for information exchange especially in the environment where thousands of people have information according to each person's interest. I'm interested in finding out how computer can help, facilitate or enhance that interaction.

OTHER INTERESTS

My favorite sports are tennis and skiing. I like some of the ski areas near Lake Tahoe. I sometimes play the violin along with my wife's piano. I also like to study history and geography of the world.
