A SPIRITUALITY THEORY

This semantic network (mindmap) summarizes the concepts in this page.

We'll use the dimensions height, width, depth, and spirit. They are orthogonal. So, a 3d intellect that is manipulant of height, width, and depth can't access spirit. However, a 4d intellect which also manipulates spirit can.

Most intellects have a fractal dimensionality between 3 and 4. A spiritual experience is when a person experiences concepts of higher dimensionality without understanding them. If the concept's dimensionality is sufficiently close to the intellect's dimensionality, the person may intellectually figure out the concept and the dimensionality of vus consciousness will increase.

If, with blaise, vu insists the spiritual experience can't be understood, vu won't grow but will continue to feel the spiritual experience. This is, however, hedonic. The pleasure of spirituality is meant to force us toward 4d understanding, which is the perfection field of 3d objects. Actually though, 4d intellect is asymptotic. So, there will always be a sustained spiritual experience which can't be understood.

Most people have more than 3d intellect. 4d growth requires an initial spark of intellect that is perpendicular to the spiritual dimension. This consciousness is orthogonal to the first three dimensions. It increases vus rate of 4d growth. Symetrically, 4d growth increases vus orthogonal consciousness. The more dissonant vus 3d intellect is, the more reliant vu will come to be on vus orthogonal consciousness.

Vus spiritual domain, or soul, is the sum of concepts vus orthogonal consciousness can understand. The concepts vu can't understand are vus shadow, as defined by Carl Jung.
