Design, construct, test, and deliver Oracle Service, a front office application that is part of a complete suite of targeted sales force and service automation products. Maintain, develop, and expand product features by using the latest Oracle tools and technology. Design and implement new functionality by working closely with product management and customers. Write and execute test plans. Author end user documentation. Perform data model administration, installation, upgrade, patching, and release coordination. Port, release and enhance the Oracle Server products on AIX-based systems. Products include Oracle RDBMS, SQL*Net, Video Server and Oracle Parallel Server under HACMP/6000. Designed and developed a graphical user interface for the PASPORT expert system used in the diagnosis of packet switches located all over Japan. Programming for the project was undertaken using XView and Xlib within the Sun Open Windows environment. (July 1993-September 1993)
