* meiwaku wo kakeru means "trouble [bother] (a person with)".
** you has many meanings: "a way", "a manner", "a kind", "(so as) to do", etc. I'm not sure if "in order to" is the right meaning in this phrase, since the main verb is missing.
*** beru is bell. But since he's talking about calling, I interpret this as phone ring.
**** It is Japanese custom to always take off one's shoes before entering the house. In this case, he probably heard the phone ring and rushed in to answer the phone without taking off both shoes.
