Tips from DAVE
On Saturday, try the rare McPherson defense. This was used successfully in
one of the Bowl games of 1902 - the Salad Bowl, I believe. The basic
strategy
goes like this: go to Fresh Choice the morning of the competition and eat
all the salad that you can, but (and this is the important part - see
below*)
do not eat any chicken. That way your system will be very salad-heavy and
chicken-light. In an effort to correct the imbalance, your body will form a
chicken vacuum, forcing you to eat 100+ wings in 15 min.
* A sad historical footnote: the 1931 Chicago Spicy Hot Wings lost the
Salad Bowl in a humiliating defeat because when they went to Fresh Choice
the morning of the game they ate plenty of salad - CHICKEN salad. They
did not notice their mistake until it was too late. In the fourth quarter
Bubba "White Meat Only" Buffalo fumbled a chicken wing into his lap.
