Poker RULES according to US
SPREAD RULES:

* bring at least one 12-pack of soda; 2 bottles of beer
* try to spend no more than $12.00 for snacks of your choice (you can
even buy frozen pizzas). Stu can spend more.
* everyone is welcome to try to take the spread king away from john
SPONSOR ROTATION:

* Spread Rotation: stu, mike, george, ken, john, mike s, todd,
GAME RULES:

* for an official game to take place the following must happen:
1. at least 5 players
2. a minimun of 3 hours of play
3. official invite sent out.
* if you play in 3 games, you must be in the sponsor rotation
* cards call the winner (unless specifically noted by dealer)
* Poker chips will be used, no money play allowed on the table
(white = 5, red = 10, blue = 25)
* Max bet: 1 blue chip
* Max raises per betting round: 3
* Max raises by anyone person per betting round: 2
* Official poker cards, with Nevada coating will be used.
* See mike's book for valid poker games
* No bridge play allowed
* A new banking system is now in place. Everyone bring $9.00 dollars!
You give the $9.00 to the banker to use your chips.
At the end of the night, you sell your chips back to the banker.
The banker gives you your cash, sorts the chips, and gives your chips
back to you to take home. This will make it easy for determining
winnings or losings.
* You can ONLY call the following games on every other round and on
the last round of the evening: Between-the-sheets, Indian, Guts, 7/27,
Stacks, no-peek beat-your-neighbor baseball voodoo-blood-bath,
and our favorite: indian partners-in-crime between-the-sheets.
FOOD RULES:

* Dominoes is out: makes george sick
* Papa John's is out: too sweet, makes mike sick
* Garcia's rips people off, only order if you have a coupon
* Spread Winner award: For the first round the dealer antes for
the current spread winner. This should help defray the costs of
becoming spread king.
