Question / Problem: When I click on the up, down, right or left arrow key on my keyboard using Microsoft Excel 2003,XP or 2007, the screen moves around, but the cursor box does not move around. It appears the arrow keys are controlling where I move within my spreadsheet, but I want to move to a different cell.
Answer / Solution: It's very possible that you need to click the 'SCROLL LOCK' button on your keyboard. On my keyboard, it's on the upper-right hand corner, near the INS, DEL, HOME and END buttons, and it's labelled 'SCROLL LOCK'. Click that button once, and you should move out of scroll lock mode. Now, the arrow keys should permit you to move around in your spreadsheet, which is the default beahvior in Microft Excel (XP, 2003, 2007, shouldn't matter).
