Heatmap Builder: software I wrote with Dr. Euan Ashley at the Stanford University School of Medicine. It is an application that allows for the creation of heatmaps for visualizing large datasets, as in genomics and microarray experiments. It has been cited in multiple publications and an updated version is pending.
