Old Versions of SimBlob

I have not reimplemented everything from before the big disk crash, so some of these old versions have features that are not in the latest version:

• June 24^[1] semi-stable version.
• July 22^[2] experimental version, including “picking” and DIVE
• July 28^[3] experimental version, with a split-screen view
