Welcome to my abode, my residence, my home-sweet-home, my domain, my lair on the web!

I'm Aditya Ganesh Parameswaran, a first (second?) year PhD student in the Department of Computer Science at Stanford University. Before that, I was a happy undergraduate at IIT Bombay. My research interest is currently Algorithm design for Data Mining, Databases and the Web: In the past, I've dabbled in Network Algorithms, Computational Geometry and Formal Methods For Security, and in Program Analysis (as part of my BTech Project). I tend to like most fields in Computer Science which mix Algorithms and Logic with Mathematics. Take a look at the Academics section to get reports and source code for some of the projects I've worked on. Or skip right ahead to the Resume.

I have been called by a number of names/abbreviations by people. The current favourite being `AGP'! I seem to share my initials with nearly all the progressions / sequences that one may have studied in school (Arithmetic Progression, Geometric Progression, Arithmetico-Geometric Progression) and also with a leading party in Assam, a state in India (Asom Gana Parishad) and with yes, the Accelerated Graphics Port.

The picture over which all this text is appearing is that of an AGP card from NVidia.
